To what extent can our visceral emotions transcend language? Is it possible to understand "without" comprehending the words?

The connection between Language and emotion are closely tied together, however, in this world, it is often interpreted as the heart connecting strongly to emotion from the infamous words of William Harvey. Emotions can interpreted by facial expressions, see body movements, and as well as physically hearing what they say. We enact our emotions by raising our voice, using hand postures, or even touching each other. An emotion is an ability to ascribe a person's value to their experience. Mostly not interpreted by humans, language can turn into emotions which is a fascinating experience if you read books such as 1984, Brave New World, or even the Age of Miracles. These books share language that share emotions from the main character by using strong language and even praising in an unusual way. However, those who have visceral emotions have mostly experienced either an event which has changed their direction of life or even got theirselves to wake up. Usually, people that have visceral emotions all the time, can understand more the language other people are saying despite them not knowing a single word they are speaking. Those who have experienced and know emotion can interpret what is going on and what the person's main message is going through. It is always possible to understand with emotions displayed, but without emotions or comprehension, it would be very difficult because it is spoken in one tone.
